Cold, damp weather and an economy with a similar feel to it did not deter agricultural producers from gathering at the 49th Annual Wisconsin Public Service Farm Show March 31-April 2 on the grounds of the Experimental Aircraft Association in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

This year’s show featured more than 350 exhibitors and attracted thousands of visitors from the Midwest and Canada. More than 800 indoor and outdoor booths covered the 10-acre show site and displayed a variety of products and services for agricultural operations.

Seminars were held on precision agriculture, cellulosic biomass, wind energy and oilseed processing. Show attendees could also take advantage of low-cost routine medical screenings and bid on silent auction items to benefit Wisconsin FFA programs.

A popular attraction for future farmers was the Kiddie Tractor Pull held on Wednesday afternoon. PD
