Story and photos by Jeff Stoker

It’s been touted as the largest three-day outdoor agricultural trade show in the Northeast, and this year’s Empire Farm Days didn’t disappoint.

The event, held at the Rodman Lott and Sons Farm from August 11-13, included more than 600 commercial exhibitors, field demonstrations, seminars, an antique tractor parade and more. There were more than 300 acres of show grounds to cover in the three-day event. Dairy seminars included topics such as genomics, moving manure from storage to fields and protecting margins through commodity markets.
